Dan Brown has comprehensive experience and understanding of the requirements for delivery of services within the Core Infrastructure Services business.
Dan has worked within the construction industry since 1995, holding roles of increasing responsibility, from electrician, leading hand, branch manager, construction manager, GM Operations and Director of Operations. He has managed all facets of the delivery of services as part of his past roles including projects in the areas of bulk infrastructure, water and wastewater treatment, power line construction, facilities construction and health and education.
Dan has extensive design and construction experience coupled with significant estimation experience and capability and is involved with every tender and project through its whole lifecycle to ensure effective assessment of different delivery strategies that assist in the benefit of value for money to our clients.
Dan has project managed large and complex projects, including successfully delivering the electrical services for a project consisting of over 50 pumping stations and building works associated with the Sydney Water network.
Other projects, which Dan has been involved with, include Hospitals, Woolworths Stores including the original TAC Lighting EMS rollout, John Morony Correctional Facility, Harbour Gardens Apartments – Darling Harbour and many more.
Most recently, Dan relocated to Katherine in the Northern Territory, to manage a complex PFAS water treatment project for the Dept. of Defence, in conjunction with Core’s water treatment partner ECT2.
Clients for which Dan has worked include Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions, Tenix Australia, Bovis Lend Lease, Richard Crookes Constructions, Local Government Agencies, Essential Energy, BECA Amec.
